The top and bottom panels extend slightly beyond the posts while those on the front and sides are recessed. Attached to the bottom panel are EZ glide caster wheels that facilitate moving the heater from one room to another.
Equipped with four infrared quartz heaters that run on 1,500 watts of electric power, the SK-STH 150-01 is capable of heating a room measuring 1,000 square feet. Copper heat exchangers and a fan help move warm air quickly from the heater to the room allowing you to immediately feel warm and comfortable. Although the fan is powerful and is capable of a high output, it is quiet and does not cause any distraction or disturbance.
The control panel features a digital temperature display that can be set to present temperature levels in either Celsius or Fahrenheit. There are five soft touch buttons for turning the unit on or off, time setting, thermostat adjustment, choosing high or low heat output, and choosing Celsius or Fahrenheit.
